Description of the Mediprem Multi-functional three year old nursing mannequin

Designed according to the anatomical characteristics of a 3 year old child. This life-size anatomical model of a 3 year old child is made from imported and carefully selected materials. Indeed, the materials make the skin soft and supple, it is difficult to deform. This realistic 3 year old mannequin is complete for further study of a child's body. It is a good teaching tool for pediatric nursing training. 

Functions of the 3-year-old life-size manikin

Possible case of use : during a hospitalized child care : full body bandage exercise, bathing, changing clothes, combing hair, washing and administering eyes, optical drops and irrigation, oral cavity care, finger blood sampling and tuberculosis test.

Airway administration : mouth, nose, tongue, gum, pharynx, larynx, esophagus, epiglottis, trachea, and realistic tracheal rings, can be used for tracheal intubation, sputum suctioning, and oxygen inhalation.

Oral and nasal feeding possible 

Gastric lavage 

Venipuncture, transfusion injection (in the arm). Prevents when the needle enters the vein and when the insertion is correct.

Intramuscular injection in the balitral deltoid, vastus lateralis and bilateral gluteus maximus.

Enema (enema), rectal suppository placement

Urethral catheterization

Holistic care : sponge bath, clothing replacement, cold and heat therapy

Limb joints : flexion, rotation, upper and lower movement

Stoma nursing of the ileum, colon and bladder
